Lindsey Fisher


Lindsey took over the Corporation in 2003 and it has grown tremendously since! From new construction to home remodels she takes pride in being a part of and helping the local community grow. She is a resident of Carbondale herself, and received both her undergraduate degree and master’s degree from SIUC. She is a proud Saluki!

Alicia Niemeyer

General Manager

Alicia started working at Home Rentals in 2004 as the Receptionist.  She is currently the General Manager.  Alicia strives to maintain positive daily operations for not only our staff, but our tenants as well.

Casey Fisher

Accounts Manager

Casey is the account manager at Home Rentals.  She has been with HRC since 2003.  Casey started this journey as a showing agent and file clerk. She worked part time while going to SIUC to receive her undergraduate and graduate degrees. In 2011 she moved to her current position in management.  She feels blessed to have a job with such a spirited group.  Casey takes pride in providing locally owned, quality, fair priced housing for the SIUC community.

Talley Saylor

Administrative Assistant

Talley Saylor started working at Home Rentals in 2007.  She is the Leasing Agent and also an executive assistant.  Talley always goes the extra mile to make sure our tenants have a thorough explanation of not only their lease, but our policies, procedures and payment plans.

Jr. Administrative Assistant

Alyssa Morris started working for Home Rentals in 2011.  Alyssa prides herself on navigating any tenant issues, payments, work orders and a multitude of other tenant related tasks.  She always does so with a smile.

Chase Cheatham

Leasing Specialist 

Chase started as in intern with us here at Home Rentals. He’s blossomed into a great member of our team and is very knowledgeable. He’s a full time student at SIU but is very dedicated to showing and leasing properties for Home Rentals.
